We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase and be confident purchasing from us and we will therefore accept returns up to 7 days after you have received your purchase. If returning, you need to notify us by email within 7 days of receipt of your order and quote your invoice number and the reason for its return. The item cannot have been used and must be returned in its original condition and in its original box along with a copy of the invoice within 7 days of receipt of goods.
The item must be packaged safely to avoid any damage and we recommend you return it in the same manner you received it, but be aware that express post and registered mail packaging cannot be reused. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received and accepted the item for return.
Although we do take the utmost care, should you return an item because it was damaged in the mail to you or you were sent the wrong item, we will send you a new/correct item and your return costs will be paid by us.
We take no responsibility for items returned to us outside of the 14 days or for parcels lost or damaged during transit. If you are concerned, you may wish to insure the parcel.
